Full Day – Let's Cook for Easter

Arriving at 10am, I will have coffee & scones ready for you while we get to know each other and go through what we will be making during the day.
In the morning, we will be indulging our love of classic & modern Easter food making Simnel Cake, Hot Cross Buns, a homemade Lemon Curd Cake with frosted pansies, and Carrot Cake with a Mascarpone topping.
At lunchtime, we will enjoy a sociable lunch with refreshments and cake.
In the afternoon, we will make a Salmon en Croute (or equivalent dish if preferred) for two with accompanying side dishes and a light Tangy Lemon Mousse with shortbread biscuits.
All will be available to take home at the end of the day – your friends or family won’t be disappointed!
We will finish at around 4pm with a cup of tea and cake and reflect on the day’s achievements and add anything you may need to your recipe file which you will take home.
