This is a course to celebrate preparing and sharing food together! We will make different tapas dishes, a large paella and finish off with a delicious pudding. At the end of the approximately 2 hour cookery session, you will all sit down around the farmhouse table and tuck in to your tasty feast! I'll provide all the food and you are welcome to bring your own Sangria, Rioja, Cava or whatever suits your mood....
During the evening, we will make:
Patatas Bravas - THE classic tapas spicy potato dish
Champinones Al Ajillo - the Spanish version of buttery garlic mushrooms
Croquetas de Jambon - delectable crispy ham croquettes
Albondigas - tasty meat balls in a rich tomato sauce
Espinacas con Garbanzos - a delicious Andalusian spinach & chick pea dish
PAELLA - the classic combination of chicken, pork, chorizo, mussels and prawns with rice & spices
PUDDING - Torte de Santiago - a moist almond cake served with fresh fruit & vanilla cream
You can come as a group of up to 8 people paying an additional £40 on the night
