Half Day – Beautiful Baking

Arriving at 9.30am I will make scones to enjoy with a coffee break during the morning. 

We will be indulging our love of classic & modern baking throughout the morning making breads (savoury & sweet) and a variety of cakes, tray-bakes, scones and biscuits.  We will learn different baking techniques and styles and look at flavours & textures.

All will be available to take home at the end of the session – your friends or family won’t be disappointed!
