My mantra has always been, that if you take something out of the oven and say, “it’ll do” then it won’t - I hope you’ll say “Wow!”

I have a passion for cooking and baking and think there is little more satisfying than the joy you can bring to the table with good food and I want to share the experience of successful cooking with you.

Situated at the top of Wensleydale in the picturesque Market Town of Hawes, our kitchen offers a warm welcome and an opportunity to enjoy cooking with old friends or to make new ones.

We work in small groups of a maximum of 6, creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where you come away with a real sense of achievement with food that I hope you will replicate at home for years to come. Whatever your ability, I promise you’ll be proud of what you make.

Our kitchen is domestic and familiar, the classes interactive and involved and the food delicious!

We are flexible in our approach and happy to accommodate personal requirements where we can – if something doesn’t appeal, just say and we’ll try to adapt to make your experience the best it can be.
